Repositionable ABC decals

I have a confession... our boys have been playing with these letter decals for a long time now.  I made them a few months ago and am just now sharing them with you... not because I don't love you but because I never got around to listing them.
Sorry.  Really.  I am.  We're still friends right?

We do lots of fun things with these letters.  We label lunch boxes and doors.  We put our names on just about everything.  We play our own version of scrabble (there aren't any rules).

We write notes to the house sitter like "Curingas Rule" and when we get home her last name is in place of ours... fun things like that.

Since they are made with our new fabric material, they won't tear, they will stick to just about any flat surface and you can move them over and over again.  Just keep the sheet they come on to store them when you aren't using them.  Or do what we do and leave them on the hallway wall to encourage young spellers.

We're offering these amazing letter decals in two color choices, watercolor (best when used on medium to dark colored walls)

watercolor abc decals

aqua and yellow abc decals

this one matches our Owl Brother Decals :)

Both sets include lots of duplicate letters and symbols.  Plenty to keep your little one busy for hours!

Kitchen Shelving

If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram, you got a sneak peek at one of the projects we were working on last weekend...our kitchen shelves.

Since we installed the new french doors in the dining area, the space between them and the kitchen cabinets looked so bare and empty. It took some convincing but I finally talked James into placing open shelves in that space for our dishes and platters that are too pretty to be stashed in a cupboard.

In the foreground you can see our new hanging light over the island.  We picked it up at Home Depot pretty inexpensive and spray painted it to match well...everything in our house (and my shoes, and my toothbrush, and my sunglasses...what I can say I love that color!)

There's still so much to do in our tiny kitchen but these little inexpensive touches go a long way to helping me live with it until we can get to the big $$$ items like new flooring, cabinets and countertops.

Be sure to check back this afternoon.  I will be posting our March "What's the Deal-eo" and What's the Giveaway"!
