New Designs
I have not been a great blogger as of late! Ok, I guess I really have never been a great blogger.
On Wednesday two of the boys will be back in school and my new employee (gonna call him that as long as I can) will be starting and hopefully that will allow me the time to promote, create new designs, blog, etc.
For now though, here are two of my new designs. The first reads "The Will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you." The second is a cute little monkey hanging from a branch. What do you think?

Fabulous New Colors!
I received my order of the new vinyl colors and I am so excited about them! They are gorgeous!
I am so glad that Oracal finally came out with these. The carnation pink is so perfect for a little girls room. The geyser blue and key lime pie are bright yet pastel (if that makes any sense at all). The celedon is so stunning, it's like a soft sage color.
I will be making a new color chart in the next few days but couldn't wait until then to share these colors with you so here's a pic. All of the new colors are available now so if you want a decal in any of them or a sample so you can see how beautiful they are in person, just let me know :)

It's Time
Guess what?? Ok, you'll never guess it so I will just come out and tell you. In two weeks I will have a new employee! Ok, that's probably the last time that I will be able to call him that :)
It's Mr. Man! We've been talking about it for a while and my store just keeps getting busier and busier so we decided that it's time. He put in his two week notice today.
Am I nervous? A little. It's kinda scary to have four children, a mortgage, a minivan payment (you get the idea) and give up an entire income!
I am not nervous about us working together though. We ran our sign business together for years before moving to NC with very few "flare ups". I think you can only work with your spouse if you are as truly, madly, deeply, in love as we are (ok, enough of the corniness!)
Our plan has been for him to work away from the business (it's not free to live here ya know) while I started the sign business up again and then he would join me. It took us longer than we thought it would (we've been here for four years) but having the Little Boy threw a wrench (albeit a beautiful, wonderful little wrench) in the works.
So we have finally met our goal! YAY!

Home Sweet Home!
Whew! We are home from the beach. Maybe it's because we live so close but we weren't as sad to be leaving the beach as most of the people we saw packing up their vehicles on Sunday. Some of them looked like they were going to cry :(
We had such a fun and relaxing time! I didn't realize how bad we needed a break from working and home repairs, etc, etc, etc until we got there and had no worries. I haven't seen Mr. Man that relaxed in months. The kids especially had a blast. The Girl laid in the sun most of the time. The Big Boy must have accrued 20 hours of skimboarding! Middle Boy spent lots of time in the water and Little Boy mostly ran. Full Speed. My sister in law said he looks like one of those little plover birds on the waters edge running back and forth :)
Did you know that if you spend too much time at the beach you will turn into a Sand Monster?? It's true! It starts with your feet. This is when we knew it was time to come home!
We are happy to be home and I am ready to get back to work. Remember, the last day of my bogo sale is tomorrow :)

New Colors
hey there! I am home from the beach doing a little work today. A perk(?) of vacationing 15 minutes from home.
I have exciting news! There will be 14 new vinyl colors available in a couple weeks. I will let you know what they are as soon as I know.
